Quality Policy

At Rich Trend, we follow a systematized and rigorous quality policy. Our products go through the four stages of a quality monitoring system that includes:

Pre Production Check (PPC): In the process, we check the quality of our procured fabric and materials. We make sure that the quality of these fabrics and materials are according to our quality policies. If any defect is found during this process, then the raw materials are not processed for the next production stage and returned to the concerned vendors.

Initial Production Check (PPC): At this stage, the quality of finished products is checked. We check that the manufactured products are according to the customer's requirement and prototype sample.

During Production Check (DUPRO): At this stage, we check that the production process runs smoothly. If we find any discrepancy then it is rectified immediately to make sure that the products are according to buyer's requirements.

Final Random Inspection (FIR): During this process, we make sure that the final product is ready for delivery. So we check that all products are according to our quality guidelines and properly packed. From packaging to delivery, all procedures are well taken care in this final stage.
